Design a Student ID Card Online: Introducing the CampusRFID Designer
Plan both sides of a student ID card, add your institution's branding and review a 3D preview with the CampusRFID designer.

A student ID card needs to be easy to recognize, readable and practical to produce. The CampusRFID student ID card designer helps you explore those decisions before requesting a production quote.
Start with the essentials
Choose a starting design and add your institution's name, colors and logo. You can edit the sample cardholder information and arrange the elements on the front and back. Select an item to move it or adjust its size; use Fit box to text to remove extra space around a text box.
Review both sides
The back of a card may need return instructions, an ID number or a QR code. Use line breaks to make instructions easier to read and check that the important details have enough space. The designer can highlight overlaps and areas close to the edge so you can review your layout before exporting.
Switch to the 3D preview to see how the design looks on a card. The preview is a visual guide: colors, finishes and security effects should be confirmed with a physical proof before production.
Save and continue later
Save your design file to your device if you want to come back to it. Select the option to include images if you want to keep your uploaded backgrounds, photos and logos in the file. You can reopen the file in the designer and export a PDF for review. Uploaded artwork and design files are handled locally in the designer; save your work before refreshing or closing the page.
For a group, the advanced tools also support creating cards from a CSV file. Review the generated cards and their details before using the output for production.
Open the student ID card designer to start a design, or contact CampusRFID to discuss materials, RFID technology and production requirements.
