A blank template clears both faces and cardholder fields. Restore guided preset rebuilds its objects using your current fields. Both actions support Undo. Opening a file reads a copy and never changes the source file.

Template files include static text, school details, instructions, links, layers and image crops. Review them for personal content. The options above control embedded artwork and cardholder fields. Image objects and signatures need both options; backgrounds need artwork inclusion. Files stay on your device. Custom record values may be personal.     The downloaded review PDF includes selected names, IDs, both card faces and any matched photos. Specification and warning pages are additional pages.     Local production jobs

    Keep each CSV, roster and output chunk within 200 records or card copies. For a larger roster, split the source into separate CSV files and import each chunk explicitly. Jobs live only in this tab. After reload, reimport the source files and artwork.

    Stop after a chosen record, or request cancellation during work. The current record finishes and releases its canvases. A cancelled output downloads no partial PDF. Set the stop value to 0 before resuming all remaining records.
