Define up to 16 fields for this template, then enter values below or map CSV columns in the class workspace. Field keys are permanent: start with a lowercase letter and use letters or digits.     Conditional campus layouts

    Use visible record rules to choose layouts, color bands, badge labels and object visibility. Rules run from top to bottom. The first match wins. Unmatched records use the base design and remain included. Up to 16 rules; no scripts or formulas.

    Missing, null and empty values are missing. An absent custom value uses its declared default. Equals and does not equal never match missing values. Spaces are significant. Case matching is explicit; ignoring case uses English lowercase. Missing CSV roles inherit the base role.

      Rule edits invalidate prepared batches. Downloaded design files and templates include rule names, match values and labels, which can contain personal data. Review these before sharing a file.

      Ordinary share links omit conditional rules to protect match values. The personal-data share option includes rules and their literal values. Use a local design or template file to keep the complete rules.

The options above control embedded artwork and cardholder fields. Image objects and signatures need both options; backgrounds need artwork inclusion. Files stay on your device. Custom record values may be personal. Labels, list options and static formatting text remain template content; review them before sharing. Artwork and record values are included only by the selected download options.

      Import up to 200 records from a UTF-8 CSV or text file, with a 1 MiB limit. Map columns, preview the first records, then review changes before applying. Everything stays in this browser tab.

      Local production jobs

      Keep each CSV, roster and output chunk within 200 records or card copies. For a larger roster, split the source into separate CSV files and import each chunk explicitly. Jobs live only in this tab. After reload, reimport the source files and artwork.
