Ordering & Pricing
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 500 cards per order. For custom solutions with specialized chips or unique form factors, MOQ may vary. Contact us for specific requirements.
How do I get a quote?
Submit a quote request through our contact form with your requirements (card type, quantity, chip preference, customization needs). We respond within 24 hours with a detailed proposal.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Pricing scales with quantity — larger orders receive better per-unit pricing. We also offer annual supply agreements for institutions with recurring needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank wire transfer (T/T), PayPal, and letters of credit for large orders. Standard terms are 30% deposit with balance before shipment.
Product & Technology
What RFID frequencies do your cards support?
We offer three frequency options: Low Frequency (125kHz) for basic access control, High Frequency (13.56MHz) for campus cards with NFC compatibility (MIFARE, DESFire), and Ultra-High Frequency (860-960MHz) for long-range applications like parking. Dual-frequency cards are also available.
Are your cards compatible with our existing card readers?
Our cards follow ISO 14443 and ISO 15693 international standards, making them compatible with readers from HID, Honeywell, Allegion, ASSA ABLOY, and most other major access control manufacturers. We can also match specific chip types to your existing infrastructure.
What chip options are available?
We support MIFARE Classic 1K/4K, MIFARE DESFire EV2/EV3, MIFARE Plus, HID iCLASS, EM4100/EM4200 (LF), and Impinj Monza (UHF). Custom chip programming and encoding is available for all chip types.
How durable are your campus cards?
Our cards use PVC/PET laminated construction rated for 3-5 years of daily campus use. They withstand bending, moisture, UV exposure, and repeated tapping. Each card is tested to withstand over 100,000 read cycles.
Can one card support multiple functions?
Yes. A single RFID campus card can handle building access, library checkout, dining payments, attendance tracking, parking, and more. This unified approach is one of the key advantages of RFID campus systems.
Customization
Can you print our university logo and branding?
Yes. We offer full-color offset and digital printing on both sides. Options include university logos, custom color schemes, photo ID printing, UV overlays, holograms, and variable data printing (unique student IDs, barcodes, QR codes).
Do you offer photo ID printing?
Yes. We support high-resolution photo ID printing with UV overlay protection. We can print from your provided data files or supply blank cards for on-site printing with compatible card printers.
What custom form factors are available?
Beyond standard CR80 cards, we manufacture key fobs, wristbands, stickers, tags, and custom shapes. All form factors support the same RFID chip options as our standard cards.
Shipping & Lead Times
What are your standard lead times?
Standard products: 2-3 weeks from order confirmation. Custom solutions: 4-8 weeks depending on complexity. Express production is available for urgent orders at additional cost.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination. We handle all export documentation.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We provide free samples for qualified educational institutions. Sample kits include cards with different chip types and finishes so you can test compatibility with your existing systems.
Compliance & Security
What certifications do your products hold?
Our manufacturing facility is ISO 9001 certified for quality management and ISO 14001 certified for environmental management. All products carry CE marking for EU compliance. Specific chip certifications (EAL5+, FIPS 140-2) are available upon request.
How secure are RFID campus cards against cloning?
Cards using MIFARE DESFire EV2/EV3 chips offer AES-128 encryption, mutual authentication, and anti-cloning protection. Each card has a factory-programmed unique identifier that cannot be duplicated. For maximum security, we recommend DESFire EV3 with diversified keys.
Are your cards FERPA compliant for student data?
Our cards are data carriers — FERPA compliance depends on your institution's data handling policies. We recommend storing minimal data on the card (unique ID only) with sensitive records kept in your campus management system. We can consult on best practices for compliant deployments.
